iLead - Parent and Family Engagement Event

The iLead lessons comprise values-based Transformation Tables designed by Dr. John C. Maxwell to develop personal values and leadership skills. The format allows participants to get experience leading as they take turns facilitating. Each lesson contains a short teaching on a value or leadership characteristic. It asks participants to evaluate how well they practice the characteristic and encourages them to commit to one action step that will allow them to improve their rating in that area. During this session, participants will gain an understanding of how two elementary schools implemented these lessons during their PFE events and participated in Transformation Table Lessons.
